| The Galliers Wing was previously a Private Hospital and became part of the Armadale Health Service in 2005. The Wing now consists of 61 Beds made up of a Day Surgery Unit 14 Beds, General Ward 'Canning' 32 Beds, Maternity/Gynaecology Ward 'Bickley' 15 Beds. Private patients may still access the services in this wing. Birthing Suites – 3 (five star) self-contained double suites with showers, one including a bath – all beautifully presented to assist in creating an enjoyable, harmonious birthing experience. We advise out patients to bring along any x-rays or ultrasound reports that may relate to their admission along with toiletries and their ’favourite’ pillow if they would like to. There are lockable drawers available for valuables if required, however we prefer that patients refrain from bringing them to the hospital where possible. Galliers Specialist Centre: Permanent suites are located on the 1st Floor which accommodate 3 General Surgeons, 2 Orthopaedic Surgeons, 2 Paediatricians and the Murdoch Eye Clinic. |

Sessional suites are located on the Ground Floor and include Cardiologist, Neurologist, Rheumatologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hand Therapy and Infectious Disease Specialists who regularly consult. Visitors to the Galliers Wing are welcome until 8pm in all areas except Maternity (Bickley) where the rest time is between 1pm and 3pm. Next of Kin only at this time.
